1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using APEX Appliance Repair’s services (“Services”), whether through our website at www.apexrepairservice.com, by phone, or in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Services.
2. Services Provided
APEX Appliance Repair provides appliance repair services for major home appliances including but not limited to:
- Refrigerators and freezers
- Washing machines and dryers
- Dishwashers
- Ovens, ranges, and cooktops
- Microwaves
- Garbage disposals
- Other major household appliances
We service all major appliance brands throughout the Cleveland Metro area, including Parma, OH and surrounding communities.
3. Service Appointments and Scheduling
3.1 Booking
- Services can be booked online 24/7 through our website or by calling (440) 907-6765
- Same-day service is available based on technician availability
- Appointment times are estimated and subject to change based on service demands
3.2 Cancellations
- Customers must provide at least 2 hours notice for appointment cancellations
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Service Fees
- A diagnostic fee applies to all service calls
- Repair costs will be quoted after diagnosis and before any work begins
- Additional charges may apply for emergency, after-hours, or weekend service
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee
4.3 Estimates
- All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided
- Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair
5. Warranty
5.1 Service Warranty
- We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for all completed repairs
- Warranty coverage begins on the date of service completion
- Warranty is void if appliance is serviced by another company or if customer attempts self-repair
5.2 Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions not related to our repair
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Acts of nature or power surges
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage
6. Liability Limitations
6.1 Service Limitations
- APEX Appliance Repair’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for delays caused by parts availability or circumstances beyond our control
6.2 Property Damage
- We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during service
- Any property damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe and adequate access to appliances
- Ensure appliances are accessible and work areas are clear
- Disclose any known hazards or safety concerns
- Provide accurate information about appliance issues
- Ensure an adult (18+) is present during service
8. Parts and Materials
- We use manufacturer-approved or compatible replacement parts
- Parts availability may affect repair completion time
- Special order parts may require additional fees and extended wait times
- Customers may provide their own parts but warranty coverage may be affected
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect only necessary information to provide our services
- Customer information is never sold or shared with third parties
- We maintain appropriate security measures to protect your data
- Online booking and payment processing use secure, encrypted connections
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation
- If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APEX Appliance Repair, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
